Description
This is Pedro Kantor, Chapter Master of the Crimson Fists.As i use a Deathwatch Kill Team as Sternguard it was logical to build either Cpt. Lysander or Pedro Kantor as a member of the deathwatch, as both have special rules wich are really usefull if combined with the Sternguard.
Usually i build the characters as count-as HQs for use in my chapter. But this one really is Pedro Kantor. Recruited by the Deathwatch to lead severall Kill Teams into battle along with the Black Pauldrons (my chapter). He isn't really sure if he should be proud to be recruited by the Deathwatch or if he should be angry for not having time to take care of his own chapter.
Parts used:
Torso, loincloth and right shoulder: SM Commander
Backpack, shield on shoulder and left arm: Grey Knights
Helmet: BA Sanguinary Guard
Everything else are generic SM bitz

nice scratch built pedro not sure about the storm bolter looks too bulky imo probably just the ammo magazine :/ Still good job

The bulky look might be a result of the pistol grip. An unusual equipment of arm-mounted stormbolters. It makes it kind of Bullpup.
It had to be a unique stormbolter. Though arm-mounted but not of the same kind as the Grey-Knights stormbolters. That is also the reason why i used the scope on it.

Lol, I can see a lot of people getting bitchy about the fluff behind it, but I personally love it! You've done a great job! Shame you don't use ebay though, I've seen Pedro Kantor's head on there, would have added that little touch due to the jewel thing on his helmet.

I do use ebay. But i use only plastic bitz for my Space Marine conversions. No tin, no greenstuff.
The Sanguary Guard helmet usually has this blood drop on it but unfortunatelly i failed at carving a jewel from it so i had to file it of.

I dig the sniper sight on his gun. It really adds to the whole 40k vibe.

lol i really like pedro but this is not realistic. did you read rynns world? he loves his chapter and his chapter needs him after the orcs came on his planet and killed 80% of his chapter

I know. But as i am building all SM characters as count ases for my chapter it was necessary to find a way to use two chapter masters in one chapter.
As far as i know the recruitment of the Deathwatch is not an option. Nontheless i agree that the Ordo Xenos would't recruit him of all people if they need a chapter master as they know of the crimson fists problems. Just regard this as non-canon.
