if you draw with your mouse, you should consider combining vector graphics (Inkscape - a free program is good) with the standard drawing. This gives good results, and lineart will be looking nicer.

Here's a tip, just below the top of the bar there's a 'stabilizer' that you can use to make a cleaner lineart even using a mouse, make good use of it!
