maybe that's what is portrayed here, the fact that no matter how old she is, Applebloom will always be Applejack's little sister, therefore she will always be loved no matter what

I've ALWAYS loved this little part of their relationship that was shown in Bridle Gossip. AJ gettin overprotective and what have you because she practically raised AB ... and Applebloom needing her space as a growing filly. I guess that would sting a little extra because AJ believes so much in family togetherness. I really hope this is explored more as the show progresses, besides being ADORABLE, it's great character development for them both.

The look on Apple Bloom's face is just priceless. She'll learn to appreciate hugs eventually, but now for now, it's obvious where she stands. LOL
I've always loved drawings of Applejack and Apple Bloom; they always remind me of my relationship with my siblings. And this is just too fantastic to ignore.

Thanks Smitty! I'm sure you can do some great backgrounds if you wanted to, based on how well you render ponies and their accessories. For me, I've always been really hesitant about backgrounds, but am just starting to get more confidence recently
