If you want to make your own coding, here is the tutorial to do it:

1-Make a rectangle.
2-Select it. Click F8. Select button.
3-Select it again.
4-Press F9 (if on mac, press option+F9)
5-Paste one of the following codes in the action script
//Code for previous:
on(press){prefFrame();}
//Code for next:
on(press){nextFrame();}
6-Double-Click the object
7-Select first frame and then pull it to the 4th frame.
Done. You made a button.
