....you go to shoot reflections, you get wind. You go to shoot snow, you get rain. To be a landscape photographer is to be flexible. In this case I went to the dunes imagining sweeping S curves. When I got there there wasn't an S curve anywhere. There'd been a big wind, apparently from the wrong direction which had blown all the gypsum off the crest of the dunes.I should get that lucky again.
