The Magician leaned back in the chair as the stage lights came up. It wasn't often he got to see magic from the other side of his private stage. "What have we got tonight, Skye?""Well, I thought I'd upsize one of your old tricks I found when we were cleaning out the workshop."
"Oh, yes, the Square/Circle."
"Exactly- as you can see, we've got a box, and a tube." Skye crawled through the box and pulled the tube off the top, then set it on the stage and upended the box itself. "Both empty, but, put them together..." she said, as she dropped the tube into the box.
Instantly, a blonde assistant jumped up from within, shouting, "Ta da!"
The Magician applauded. "Nice costume, Laurel."
"Thanks," the blonde smiled. "Came across this one when cleaning, too- we've got a ton of junk in the workshop."
The Magician turned to the redhead sitting next to him. "Robyn, make a note to widen the spots for better coverage. Thanks, Skye, that was a nice, short-"
"Oh, I'm not done yet, boss!" Skye interrupted, and pulled the box over Laurel's head, leaving her standing in the tube. "I've made some improvements. Watch this!"
