Description
Okay first off: ugliest crocodile ever spawned award, please. If you haven't heard by now (meaning you live in a cave), Steve Irwin was killed by a poisonous stingray a few days ago. It's depressing, he was so cool...such an awesome Australian stereotype. He'd been messing with tons of dangerous animals for years, and he'd kinda gotten this air of immortality.
Guess he died doing what he loved.
But, as a last act of manliness--as if a lifetime of wrangling crocodiles and sticking his head into beehives was not enough--he pulled the stingray's barb out of his chest before dying.
So here's to the only person from Australia who's ever been worth mentioning.
...
Oh yeah, and I guess I'm off hiatus now. Kinda unannounced, I know, sorry. I'd spent most of the summer animating, and...yeah. Some people appear to think I was in Canada up until this moment, but, uh, I was only there for like three days. Don't ask me how it was, I already forgot.
(Ye, joke is kinda derived from that Dane Cook act. Glorious! Glorious!)
But school is happening again this year, so I guess I'll go back to whatever I usually do.
WRESTLING DINOSAURS IN THE SKY 4EVER!

"such an awesome Australian stereotype" that's what you said, but didn't he kinda make the stereotype?

Man, it's sad, that he died, I remember watching all kinds of shows with him in it. BTW this comic describes his sense of adventure perfectly.

God, i was so fucking glad when this tool hit the bucket. He was kind of like the result of 4 generations of inbred Tasmanians combined with Paul Hogan and Big Kev. He spent his whole life reinforcing the worst stereotype on the face of the planet, making him and the rest of this country's people look like complete incompetent rednecks, while in the meantime making movies.
Everyone except Australians were sad that this guy died, and it's not the fact that they flogged all of his fucktarded antics months after his death on every station, but the fact that now his annoying fucking daughter is clogging up our screens with even more acidic levels of fail.
Meanwhile, all of the Eurofags and Americunts are all lapping this shit up like he was some sort of Bruce Lee kind of figure, even though throughout his career people forget that there's not much chance of you being seriously injured near a crocodile of you're surrounded by 3 camera crews, paramedics 10 feet away on standby, and 25 years of wrangling experience.
RIP, tool. Good job at making all of Australia look like inbred, VB-drinking, cork hat wearing retards, to the level that foreigners consider you the only thing to come out this country that is worth mentioning.
tl;dr: All us aussies are glad you're dead, Steve.

PS I don't understand why people are so upset and offended by this... do you actually think he'd rather be remembered by people bawling "WAHH WAHH MY HERO'S GONE FOREVER I'LL NEVER SEE HIM AGA- oh look a shiney!" or, "Oh, lol! This makes me think of the time when -insert memory here-!"
My point is that Steve'd rather be remembered and kept alive by the things he's done in his lifetime, whether it be due to his bold nature, tender love of animals or [entertaining] stupidity - not just because of his tragic death.

Story time!
It was the day he died and me and my friends where eating breakfast. I was on DA and saw a journal about Steve Irwin, but it didn't say he died. When I brought it up, one of them shouted "Isn't he dead" while the other friend replied "No!".
It was after this I clicked the link to the main news about it and said "Well, he's dead now." We where so shocked about it that we were all just "Really?" (Not that he died, I mean come one, who the hell thought he wouldn't die like this?)
It's okay though, non of us liked Steve Irwin and we still do not miss him that much. We feel sorry for his family, but we still don't miss him. (The only other time this happened was a week before Heath Ledger's death, we talked about what would it be like if he died before the movie came out and the only difference was we miss Heath.)

He was a great and awesome person, but he isn't the only person from Austrailia worth mentioning! What about Humaniod magpie? A fellow deviant? Her legend of zelda drawings are awesome! So that makes two Austrailians.... honestly I can't think of any more then that.
