To my knowledge BA609 it's not dead yet, there is some dispute between Bell and AgustaWestland about management of program. Third airframe should be ready at 2013 and certification in 2015 or 2016...

There are two prototypes of BA609 in flight-testing. Certification from FAA and EASA is expected in 2010.
