Powers/Abilities: Hydrokinesis-Kinda like waterbending but also kinda not. He can pull water from the air and move it from wherever like a waterbender. But after that he can simply manipulate with his will alone. Teag can't control it for too long, he can keep it in check until he gets cocky and then it blows up in his face. He uses the staff on his hip (seen on the hero mode of his app) to surf on the water he's using.
Teleportation- Despite being the power he discovered first, Teag just sucks with this power. He whips up an ice cold wind that warps him to he wants to go. At least in theory. It often ends up that Teag teleports to that one place that's really bad to be at.He's okay if it's a short distance but he often thinks he can do better and tries long ways, usually putting him in really awkward positions.

History: Born on Manhattan Island, Teag was raised as an only child to an upper-middle class family that had no intentions of giving him the easy life. Teag was home-schooled up until high school where his father taught more like a boot camp sergeant than a teacher. To raise him to be tough or something whatever. The seel hated it. It was all "CHORES WORK CHORES DROP AND GIMME 50 SON I. AM. DISAPPOINT." Ugggh. Teag fought for his right to go to school for a year when his parents finally caved and sent him to a private school.

The now dewgong was more than delighted to be at this school. Everyone was snobby like him~ He got to brag to his heart's content and be challenged too. That was the life~ Then he learned that most of the kids at school played instruments. WELP. Can't get upstaged now! Teag got to wok on mastering as many instruments as possible. He could already sing so why not learn anyways? He boasted that he knew more instruments than he could count. Almost literally. He couldn't count to high. Anyways, he found friends in those snobs fast. But he was the playground bully of the school so maybe he was just feared. Teag also begun to hang with less...savored students.

As Teag begun to talk to the "menaces to society" he became even more self-centered than he was. He rebelled and smart mouthed at his parents more than usual. He also became a little more of a bully than before too. Then his friends invited him to go to a club. Pf shoosh yeauh~! Sure he's 16 but YOLO. Teag went in a heartbeat and found himself more than at home there. Pretty girls everywhere ohoho. He could flirt to his heart's content and it was fine. Everyone was doing it~ Teag stayed stone cold sober though, he didn't want any beer goggles. But, his friends convinced into one drink. Not too long after he was drunk. Flat out drunk. And he was the really really happy drunk. That is, until he bumped into the wronnng guy. The gorilla of a pokemon lunged at Teag and the dewgong kind of panicked. In a split second he focused and warped. He giggled then turned around to get a fist to the eye. Next he woke up, he was right outside of the bar. Whoa that was cool...wait WHAT. Impressed with himself yet terrified too he ran on home. Black eye and all.

He searched his parents library to find some stunning news. His parents were super villains....ummm what. Teag half wrapped his mind around this. C'mon it's his parents but, how he's seen them act before. It did kinda make sense, hmph. Suppose he'd get over it in due time. Soon after, he thought about the new found reality he was super and had a thought of superiority. Wait, there's something else here. Were his parents still working for villains? It says something about a superhero place. Young Justice. Teag read further to see it's something to train teens that just found out they had powers! That sounded familiar. Then the idea struck him, he could join there gain a good reputation, get girls,get back at his parents GET GIRLS! YES. He must go here. So he went to go find where to apply.

Personality: Teag is so full of himself it's hilarious. He's completely shallow and an utter prick. He's also kind of a bully, bringing others down to get what he wants.Despite all his misgivings though, he really does just wanna have a good time. He can be rather laid back to a fault though. Not really giving a damn of others situations supposedly. He's stubborn too, not really knowing when to give up. Teag's also actually rather brave, sometimes borderline plain stupid. He can also be somewhat caring, if he wants. It doesn't happen often. Oh he's a flirty one too.
