I was going through old sketchbooks again...Oh boyyy!This was a short comic featuring Dr. Thurman McPaul and his friend, Irene Beresford, the two main characters from another comic I used to do (actually I need to finish it one day) called "The Holiday Doctor."
They had a few short adventures, but I have begun posting the main story over at DD: [link]
I started on it ten years ago, so my art has changed a lot.
This is a little ditty I did after this sorta happened to me. I had a massive cavity in my molar, didn't know it (it didn't hurt?!?!) and was eating a jelly bean one day. KEE-RUNCH. The whole top of my tooth busted off. True story.
So I got this idea. The dentist character was a guy I was going to introduce into the story, but I sorta scrapped the idea. You're gonna like him...
I'll post more later. It's only a seven pager, and kind of a quickie (obviously). But I thought it was good enough to share here.

I honestly keep meaning to read the Holiday Doc, and I hate saying that each time because it makes me look bad since I haven't read it yet. But I mean it! I swear I do!
Boy, one thing I noticed here is how much your art has matured. Your style is there, but in a slightly rougher form.
Kinda neat to see.

Yeah that's why I posted it kinda. It's interesting to see how much someone's style has evolved.
And don't sweat it! Heck there are many comics I been meaning to try and read and never got the chance...so many comics, so little time.

Ugh...I hate teeth problems...*shudders at the sound of a snapping tooth* -_-;
I once had a cavity when I was a kid...I got it filled, but then I lost the filling while eating peanuts--of course, the ironic thing was, that it was a baby tooth so I lost it later anyways! ^///^
Still, teeth problems make me nauseous. --_--
