So there I was, roaming around DA looking for inspiration when all of a sudden hits me in the face. His work made me wonder why I had never mixed my love of horror movies with my art.....so I remedied that. This one was a blast! I hope you enjoy!Related content

my original plan was to make that Freddy one into a 4 part series of hack and slah portraits but I only finished him and Leatherface and got hung up on the compostion for the Jason piece and somehow I forgot about them.....hmmm.....I should fix that...

I know, I just haven't been in the most creative mood for the last few months. I haven't even posted anything besides sketches in over two months. Marriage blows sometimes and it plays hell on my drawing. Most artists would thrive on it but I just can't seem to focus the anger, I just drink a few glasses of porter and call it a night. I'm working on somethign now so after this is done I'll see about jumping back into the horror side of my brain.

Heh, before I wa committed to dark DAA I wasn't drawing for a good month. My friend had my good art, and I couldn't draw anything. I ain't married though, so when I need to get away, I watch dark cartoons, or just sit in my dark hole of a room. Right now I guess I have to makeup a room desighn, and I can't think of the angle I want.
Hopefully the two weeks away I can get my ass in gear with my art, and this room done. I want a solitary confinement headquarters.

It really depends on what movie you watch. In some of them he had slightly curved blade, but these are much more curved than those. I just thought they looked more menacing this way. Thanks for stopping by!
