I particualary like the texture of the scales and rocks. Grass too. You did an outstanding job there.
I also like the overall pose. Looking forward into the sky, with the tail wrapped around the rock.
One that that was bugging me for a moment but looks overall good was the transition of the belly scales from torso to neck, but I can see how that can work now that I think about it.
Also I like those... frills...? hairs...? whatever those are on the back of the head.

Heh heh, as it happens I started another on last night! It's all sketched out ready to paint. Can't decide what colour to do the dragon though. Silver? Red? Hmmm, so tricky!
