Description Doctor Who regenerations joined in a basic narrative! Meant to have this up for Christmas but nevermind, eh? Also, I'm actually not a fan of one of the Doctors, but hopefully that doesn't show; the pic's meant as fun for all Whovians, not just those who share my tastes!

The horse anatomy isn't great... It's deliberately a mix between realistic and FIM (so bigger heads, eyes, ears, etc) but it's still very iffy. Ah well, I'm pretty sure I'm getting better!

First: Golden because Hartnell's underrated! Pretty basic pose but I think it works for the start. Background's grey at the start as a nod to the series starting in black and white.

Second: Had trouble with the colours, especially as I didn't want to lean too heavily on the "hair the same colour as original" thing that some ponyfiers do (similarly, I like to continue the hair down the neck as a mane). Blue might have been better than purple but ah well... I think being a shorter pony suits him.

Third: Nothing against the Third Doctor background pony chosen by the fandom but I wanted to try red and white! Realised as I put on the red that he's actually a lot like a little plush horse I had as a child, haha... POW, Pertwee! Go, Doctor, go!

Fourth: Little pony again because little ponies are silly and Tom Baker made silliness work. Hope the horse teeth gap looks okay, I think it's cartoony enough... Sometimes Doctor Whooves gets drawn as Fourth and I like that, so he got slightly more natural colours than I otherwise may have gone for.

Fifth: I think tall and elegant kind of suits Davison and lends itself to the hair a bit more, no? I like how Adric came out, too.

Sixth: Definitely happiest with how this pose came out! Less sold on the colours but eeep, angry Colin Baker equine! Shire type of breed because I think his Doctor felt heftier, so to speak. Like the type to throw his weight around.

Seventh: Gets two and I think it works. Lazy book stand is lazy but you get the idea, right? Wasn't sure what to do with the colours, maybe should have tried some green, but blue because pun.

Eighth: I like how McGann's horse came out! Fetlocks are fancy, right? He'd look good in fancy attire.

War Doctor: Heavy warhorse for the heavy-hearted warrior. Dark colours were the obvious choice but, hey, despite his views on war he WAS still saving the universe. I think white-but-downcast goes better for the symbolism.

Ninth: Not very happy with the colours, they're too bright, but I didn't want to end up copying  ask-9th-whooves.tumblr.com's design because, while I really like it, I wanted something original. Kept the big ears though, that's too cute!

Tenth: Doctor Whooves design, of course! Tried for more of a Welsh Cob pony look because it's what went with at my request and I love that pic a whole lot: vanycat.deviantart.com/art/Rea…

Eleventh: Colours based on the background pony but a small pony because (a) resemblance to Second Doctor and (b) he's meant to be "The Raggedy Doctor" and what equine looks more raggedy than the chubby, smaller, ponies?

Twelfth: Ah, Capaldi-horse! Not much of him because it's still unclear which way that's going, but I think the colours work.

All earth ponies because I think a lot of characters lose things by being given wings or an obvious power source and, obviously, part of how the Doctor gets away with so much is that he looks normal. All the same blue eyes because I thought it kind of worked (maybe I should have made them more Tardis-blue but nevermind). Oh, and they would all have the hourglass cutie mark!

I'm not familiar with many of the old doctors, but you've got the eyes on Capaldi just right!

Sorry about spamming you with replies, I try to respond to everything these days!

I mean, it's a bit pointless when I'm replying on another comment, but I don't want people to read through the comments on a page I didn't reply on and think that I stopped caring about replies later on... Probably needless worrying, but that's my logic!

lol it's alright, I do the same thing a lot xD usually when I get (barge) into an argument with someone xD Like someone might've been being rude to one of my friends like a week ago, and i'll reply to like every insult, but then it's weird cuz at first I'm mad at them, but then I cool off. So they're probably spammed with messages of me being all like, 'hey you don't need to be so rude, making fun of others to make yourself seem cooler is just low' and then later 'lol sorry about all that, I get riled up and then cool off... I'm so annoying, sorry xD'

Haha, yes! Kind of makes me curious if the binary vascular system is the only thing strange about the innards of Time Lords.

And thank you!

Ah, thank you!

The Doctor Who reboot is probably easier to get into, but all the Doctors have had their moments.

A beautifully done representation of the life of the Doctor. I cannot wait to see what the 12th Doctor will bring to such a large and amazing tapestry. ^_^

That's the kind of thing I trying to do! I don't think I've seen anyone else try to connect up the Doctor's lives into one narrative and had it stuck in my head that it kind of worked.

Thank you!
