Somehow, it isn't this part of the episode that gets me, but the part at the very end when Ed lets out that despondent sob and starts crying. I cried with him -- on the inside. (My tears don't always work at the proper moments. Stupid feels . . .) Still, wonderful rendition of this scene.

Kind of. I came across the channel with that episode one night. The show was on TV in the UK on a anime channel until the channel shut down for strange reasons. Guessing it had low views due the shows were on at the middle of the night (not many had satellite, a record box or didn't know about it), they only can afford the night slots or it was a pricey to keep the channel up due to a budget.

I sometimes watch anime on crunchyroll. In late 2013, I've read in a anime magazine and the anime news network website that there was going to be anime channel in the UK around summer 2014, BUT it ended up a loud of bullshit because they didn't have rights and the money. So I've heard.
