I so remember that scene,I loved this movie and I still do also all the other four Casper films.

Oh you don't like the other Casper films,I mean I think there all good except there were some flaws I didn't like in Casper Scare School but we have different opinions just saying.

just looking at the animation aspect. unfortunately, the quality of such did go down, but that was most likely due to budget and constraints.

Well I think Casper A Spirited Beginning is good and so is Casper Meets Wendy and Casper's Haunted Christmas and the flaws I didn't like in Casper Scare School Kibosh wasn't as cool as he was in Casper A Spirited Beginning and Casper's Haunted Christmas but some of the things I liked about it was the idea of Casper going to school with werewolves,vampires,zombies,skeletons,mummies and other supernatural and Halloween related characters.
