He was the youngest surfer ever to get into the Suripipe finals (he was 17), althought he suffered from a near-death experience while surfing there.
But at least that made him focus on his music more!

Thanks! I have 5 of him surfing... just thought he was another sufer dude out there having fun. I didn't know any different until I posted a shot on another forum.... lol glad you like the photo.
