Description
This is the first picture of my Whalehammer prototype figure. This was the first time I tried 3D printing. The body was printed directly from my original 3D model. The whale part is still sculpted by a traditional sculptor because I prefer traditional sculpting for organic parts.Related content

hum.. that looks quite detailed for a 3d printer, what did you use? how big is this thing?

21cm. It is actually done by a Chinese company so I cannot tell you any details on what printer they use.

ah, that explains the quality level. most personal 3d printers dont make that level of detail or quality.

Yes the print still needs a lot of polishing though. Fortunately that is all part of the service.
