Description
Here is the next speed painting tutorial in the series of the original Astarte Legions. I left mine bare, but you can add on the zig-zag decoration they use on their armour at the same time as the red goes on the boltgun and shoulder guard trims

Yeah, white has always been a "no go" for me, but a whole white scars army must look really cool on the table top

i think the trick is to not paint white, but in a really really really light grey

Pure white somehow looks sluggish... so i have started to paint white with grey colors and a clean white higlight... works fine so far ^^

Take a look at the backpack with the large Ultramrine-Logo, this is the way it normally turns out ^^
Sometimes grey isn´t actually bad, so i decided to go grey here ^^

Hmm... why does everyone think it is a rusty back? i hoped for some kind of glow... i might reconsider the way i paint it ^^
