Description
That's my City of Heroes main character. I got an urge to draw him when made me realize I don't have a pic of him, and he even thought he was some other character... Well, i do have a lot of storm summoners XDThis one is a storm/ice blast defender, by the way.

have you ever used PS before? There's a feature in Photoshop that are called brush. With it you can do various things, and you can even create some. I used the brushes those people I credited created. Hope that helps
