First time I've drawn muscles on a base too, not very good, I know, but I have a less muscular option if you like.

I don't see why people are giving you a hard time on the anatomy. All you did was trace it, and you're trying your best to fix what's wrong even though it wasn't an error you made to begin with So really... People just need to stop being so nit-picky.
