Prologue
This page is... sufficient. It didn't turn out as good as I wanted, but it isn't a page filled with action, emotion, or mystery either. It does the trick, I think.
I apologize for the delay. I was in Edmonton for a bunch of days. I wanted it done before I left, but that wasn't happening.
Oh right... quick level up. The Prologue, and Chapter 1, are like a couple half-chapters. From here on out, level ups will be slower.

Isn't it Ministry of Image that dealt the propaganda and Ministry of Morale that did internal investigation, with heavy emphasis on in mind reading/recording and interrogations? So if its a conspiracy theorist type hideout it should be picks of Rarity up on the walls.

I'm not sure about that. Morale was the massive public front, while Image dealt with things in a subtle background way. They both sort of do similar things in varying ways, though. It will all make more particular sense as it goes on, as Pinkie Pie's involvement in the kind of city that Las Pegasus was is huuuuge.
