Medusa the last of my original charater Sweeps to be coloured.Textures used are.......

Most interesting a Decepticon femme, actually this is rather original idea using a Sweep as the template, because most others I've seen would use the Seeker template.

Actually I did think at one point that I might do an OC Seeker, but there seem's to already be a lot of them out there. Plus, theres already a host of Seeker characters out there (i.e Thundercracker, Skywarp & co), where as there are no named Sweeps. I think I might do G2 Ramjet or E-hobby black Starscream though.

I can understand that, considering that both the Seekers and Sweeps were meant to be more nameless cannon fodder unlike Starscream and Co and Scourge. It also the incredible ease of using the existing template of those two, for lack of a better word, character types as the basis for an original character; but it does not mean you can't make an interesting character with their own backstory and personality nonetheless.

I agree, it also helps to bring more depth to the continuity as a whole with background characters having their own stories.

Now THAT is a new - a female Sweep. Brilliant! For some reason I feel something of Animated female Starscream clone in her profile - the independent, clever and command-luring trait, maybe

Thanks. I wasn't thinking of Starscream at the time and I'm not too familiar with the TFA version. Although, I suppose thats a fairly common trait among the more intelligent Decepticons and Beast Wars Predacons, especially Starscream.

This is really clever and I like the fact that she is intelligent and seems self-governed rather than wimpy like the other sweeps. (Not yours I mean the regular ones)

Her robot mode looks good but her vehicle mode leaves something to be desired. Until I read long range space fighter I thought it was a boat. It could use more detail to keep it from looking like a submarine with rockets.

I'm afraid I'm a bit stuck with alt mode, as all Sweeps share that same alt mode, designed by Hasbro toys or someone. I just designed her robot mode to be able to transform into the predetermined alt mode.

No she's an OC, but a member of a Transformer sub group that already exists. They all share that same alt mode.

Oh ok so the Sweeps already exists and u just made your own OCs of them. And since they already exist you chose to stick with the vehicle mode that was already made rather than making one of your own.

Thats pretty much it. If gave them different vehicle modes I wouldn't be class them as Sweeps. In the original G1 show, all the Sweeps looked like clones of their leader, Scourge, and were basically used as cannon fodder in the ongoing battles. I've tried to give them some individuality whilst making them obviously identifiable as Sweeps.

Well you seem to do good work with Robot Modes. You should try creating your own OCs and give them their own originality, vehicle and robot.
