Description I've recorded some new footage for match moving. You may notice the dots on the ground. These are tracking features so I can get a better 3D camera solution out of the footage. I did not remove the points from the video because it's still not final.
I still need to create the morphing animation were the drone ship morphs for super sonic flights. I'm also going to create a small scene for that.

For the reflections on the ship I've created a complete 360 degree spherical texture of the recording site. However, the "weathers" of reflection and real footage don't match. So the reflection might look a little bit different.

Stay tuned. If you like it, add my channel. A new version will be released soon.

Modelling: Autodesk Maya, Match Move: Autodesk MatchMover, Rendering: mental ray, multiple passes, Compositing: Fusion

Excellent work, love the design of the ship! I think it was capable of morphing / shapeshifting when in a special flight mode but I might be wrong. Still, great work ... chapeau!

Yah, reflection of the camera man will be added in the final version. For this version I forgot to enable the corresponding layer

Most time I add a small object that reflects in the reflecting material, but this time I forgot it
There will be an additional version soon. I'll keep the missing guy in my mind.

Of course. The ship itself was modelled with Autodesk Maya

Why does that object look so familiar?

It's the Trimaxion Space Ship from Flight of the Navigator (1987).
