Drake and Josh is a show I have never watched in my life. Besides now of course but before this, not at all. I watched Nickelodeon all the time but avoided this show because it didn’t interest me. Honestly I understand why, based on the premise it's nothing special at all. But I decided to give it a shot anyway since it is claimed to be one of if not the best nickelodeon sitcom.

Well yeah they were right. Out of all the live action shows Nick has produced, this one feels the most “real” to me. The acting in this show feels so natural, all the main characters do a great job on their performance. I love Drake and Josh, they have great chemistry and lots of funny dialogue all throughout these 50+ episodes. One last part I’ll say is that the seasons are inconsistent. Season 1 not being that good makes sense, its short and a test season. Season 2 is my favorite season with no really bad episodes but then you have season 3. This season happened to have a notable amount of bad episodes, they range from slightly aggravating and dumb to very lame and light on jokes. Tone-wise it doesn’t feel any different from season 2, but when I compare them together I see a huge difference in the quality. Thankfully season 4 only had 1 dud and was pretty great altogether.

Overall this show is GOOD. I do get why people say it's one of their all time favorites, for me I do enjoy this show but wouldn’t say it's great because of its 3rd season, still a fun watch nevertheless.
