I love it. Although I think 4 and 6 meeting would be entertaining.

Just a nitpick, but it's PATRICK Troughton. Nice image, though.

Thank you kindly!! Facially in the DWM article David Troughton looks very similar to his Dad. I'm interested in hearing him vocally.

He does a pretty good impression of his Pop, as evidenced by his work on the audio versions of some of the Target novellizations. Though I think Frazer Hines does an even better one in the COMPANION CHRONICLES series (where Peter Purves also does a pretty good Hartnell). This is a weird area they're entering (if it actually IS the Second Doctor, that is), but I'm cautiously open to it. I'd never want to see this sort of thing tried on TV (again) though- I never liked the whole Richard Hurndall thing...

I have to agree with you. If they went with Robert Holmes's original idea of having the First Doctor be a duplicate created by the Cybermen I would have accepted it.

Yep! Which is why I wonder if this may be a fake-out by Magrs and company (such meta-references are not exactly unknown from him). Guess we'll see.

It WOULD have been amazing to see Tom and Pat mix it up in FIVE DOCTORS. Shame that didn't work out. I suspect #4 might have actually been the one Doctor #2 would have gotten along with, and they would've teamed up to torment Pertwee.

Or have him look disparagingly at Peter Davison. "So, you're my replacement. Ah well. Can't always get them right." Which the Fifth Doctor would immediately make the "frowny face"
