Description Gorgeous rays coming down through morning mist in the woods near Paradise Lake, Nova Scotia, Canada. Taken at about 4:30-5:30AM, just after the sunrise.

Edit: Re-worked as a 2-frame HDR, though it isn't terribly noticeable. Just a smidgen brighter, really.

I love how the rays of sunlight break through the foliage and the shadows that are created. It gives off an amazing effect, like it was pulled out of a fantasy, or vivid dream.
