Description
One of many incomplete character concepts to liven up the SAM Coupé Asteroids clone I was briefly working on during the 1990s. I had plans for an animated intro, featuring this guy, a newsreader, and a sort of 'science correspondent' for her news broadcasts. I based his overall appearance on the titular character from EA's General Chaos (thanks ThePassingStatic !), for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis, using either a screenshot or promotional artwork as reference.

I think he's a bit overly caricatured, and the eyes look a bit wrong... but, considering this was made using one of my notoriously unoptimised 16-colour palettes, it's not bad...
