Watch when she refuses before "stronger than you", she's without them when she's reformed.

Wait a minute, do Sarodynx and Sugalite summon theirs? Maybe the reason they stay on her face is because she needs to wear them to see, like glasses. Their probably Transition glasses. xD
Don't all of the gems have clothes on when they regenerate? (You know how Amethyst, Pearl, Lapis, etc. have "loose clothes"?)

If You look closely, you can see right as they form, they quickly brush their hands over their eyes. (You can SEE sugalite summon hers right after she forms. While it's zoomed on her face)
Yeah they have clothes, But Garnet/Sugalite/Sarodynx all have to summon their glasses after forming.
Others Like peridot come pre-glasses. Forms with them and can't take them off.
(Most likely why garnet just adds them after forming, so she can take them off if she needs)

Yes, cause look at Peridot, her gem is OVER the glasses, as if their part of her face/body itself
Garnet and her fusions can take them off at will, Peridot can't no matter how many times she gets smacked in the face by the CG's.

Rose's Star is a cut out, aka, that's her bare stomach, not her dress. 
And yeah, oddly enough she can, but for odd reasons hers is like, attached to her, somehow, not like a little "POOF, GET ON MY FACE" thing like garnet

No, silly. I'm talking about the gem. Isn't the star yellow and Rose's skin tan? (The star on Amethyst was purple, and her skin was the same color.) Also, like I said, maybe she needs them to see, so that's why they already come on her. Or they could've just installed them on her as punishment, I don't know. xD
