NOTE: I DID NOT MAKE (the majority of) THIS.PLEASE DO NOT ACCUSE ME OF RIPPING OFF SOMEONE ELSES ART, I DO NOT CLAIM TO OWN ANY ASPECT OF THIS PICTURE BESIDES THE EDITS I MADE TO IT MYSELF.

So yeah. I was bored like hell at work last thursday, and had nothing to do even after making The Horror-style sprites for Sassi, General Supertoad, Danbuster and Frobman (said sprites being located in the scraps at my ~TheHorrorComic account).
So then I took the BMP file of Abysswolf's "Get Ready To Brawl!" deviation, which I use at work as my desktop wallpaper.
Initially in a pure act of boredom, I replaced Kirby and Jigglypuff's face with the face (which I pixel-drew from memory).
Then Squirtle followed. Then Ivysaur.
Pretty soon I was plastering this face across the face of each and every Brawl character.
At first I just copypasta'd the same face I used on Kirby and Jigglypuff, then I made slight edits, then more edits, and eventually I even worked out faces for Samus, Meta Knight, ROB and Mr. Game And Watch.
I blackspaced the outside borders so it can be used as a wallpaper, which at my work now replaced Abysswolf's original version, haw.
My favourite one is Charizard. Not because it took the most work (far from it, that honour goes to Mr. G&W), but because he just looks so awesomely goofy with that little tooth there. XD
Again: Original work belongs to ~AbyssWolf .
All Smash Bros. Characters belong to Nintendo, except the ones that don't.

Oh, I understood you the first time. I just don't care about what you said.
Have you even read the drawing's caption? I made it perfectly clear in there that I didn't make this thing myself, I only edited it. I took every bit of care to make sure that it was clear that I'm not the original artist of this piece, and that AbyssWolf was mentioned and credited for the original pic.
I'm also perfectly capable of making my own artwork (if you'd care to look at practically EVERYTHING ELSE I have uploaded), I just felt like being a little silly for this one in particular.

I don't use potions to "fuck up" pictures, I used good old-fashioned Paint.

mm, my fav ones would be Sonic, and 2nd place goes to Jigglypuff.
Sonic, cause that smile and the slightly curved eye-lid looks nice on him
Jigglypuff, since... well, Jigglypuff, Kirby and Squirtle are have the most round heads, yet of them I like Jigglypuff best, so, it's the most fitting character for that, most close to the original
Makes me wonder, where did the original " "-smiley actually come from? 
I remember something liek this in "Ghost in the shell"... but it had a head and I guess it's eyes were closed.......

I believe that smiley originated at the SomethingAwful forums, actually. But I'm not 100% sure.
Yeah, Jiggly, Kirby and Squirtle are the ones I originally started out with. So it's natural they'd look the best. But I just couldn't leave everyone else out!
And yeah, I think I know the GITS thing you're referring to, wasn't that called "The Laughing Man", and it had this text around it saying something along the lines of "See, what I'd do was pretend to be one of those deaf-mutes"?
