believe it or not, after years on the lionking fanart archive, this is my very first picture of simba. Why? Because Simba is a little dork. That's right, I didn't like him at all. I thought he was a brat, and a coward in the first movie and a dope in the second one. But Then I saw the french version of the Lion King, and he had a totally different personality. I felt sorry for the french him. Maybe it's just that Jonathan Tailor Thomas kid that bugs me, I dunno. I rushed the BG because I'm really really really really tired, but wanted to get it done before sleeps. Anyway, enjoy. Thought I did pretty good for no sleep and no refs.

omigosh. jonothan taylor tohmas does little simba?!?! i totally did not do that. yeah in the second one he annoyed me SO much. in the first one he was a little annoying, but i still liked him. probably because i love mathew brodrick (his older voice

ah, I think you can have subtitles if you want. I just watch it in french and nothing. Yeah, I was rooting for language options on the new DVD because I love getting a cultural spin on my media and sadly the only other language option is in french. *Lesigh* Well, it's still cool. Scar sounds really scary. Like some kind of.... scary french sailor pedephile man. O.o;;

ah, I seeee. well, I've seen it enough that I pretty much know the whole movie by heart so translation issues shouldn't be too much of a problem. I agree with you about Simba though American Simba anyway.

At first i though u just rip the pic off TLK but after reading the other comments, that idea prooved me wrong ^-^; sorry i ever doubted. This is such an amazing picture you made here, you have a very much successful furture ahead of you with skills like that. And i agree with one of the commenters. The backround may be simple but it's wonderful for a pic like this. Great job ^-^

Yeah, you're right, Simba is a little whimpy in the english versions, and I haven't seen the french ones so I'm no judge there. But I think the background came out pretty good, just out of curiosity, how did you get that effect with the clouds? I really liked it.
