Description PUSH THE 'DOWNLOAD' BUTTON ON THE LEFT TO VIEW THE ANIMATION!!!

Right... I thought I might dick around with some animation. And here is the result. He's saying 'what ARE you talking about?' but some of the words are drawn out, and it's hard to desipher. Also it needs a few more frames here or there that I am too *coughlazycough* to ah... to finish.

Oh lawd what was this.... I think it was photoshop and then I moved it to Animation Shop 3?  It was soooo long ago.

I am not. I sadly do not have time :C But a great free program for drawing out the animation is Krita.

I tried to work in, but I missed options like pasting elements into the same layer (and given frame) and some other ;/

I used photoshop to do the drawings and then compiled them in animation shop 3, which is pretty old and pretty basic. It's ok.

Well.... It's hard for me to say because I haven't really used anything else, so I don't know if there's anything better/cheaper/free out there. The program is pretty limited and there *are* free programs out there that pretty much do the same thing except that in animation pro you can control the frame rate of individual frames, which helps a lot when you want the movement just so but don't want to draw whole new tweens. There might be a free program that does that; I don't know. I'd look for one of those first. The program I use is like.... ten years old. There's got to be a free one floating around on the web that does that at least.

Is it too late to make a comment on a seven year-old animation?

Because besides the artist Mewsagi's Mewtwo characters, this is one of the better looking Mewtwo characters. He's (I assume, genderless and all) more realistic but he still has a bit of a cartoony look to him which seems to work well.
