one question,How do I put the multiply mode?

This multiply node is called Math node, but it's name changes when you change what calculation it's supposed to do. By default it does Add calculation so when you add Converter/Math you'll see new node named Add.
Rest you will figure out on your own from there I guess... btw. it's for displacement but I unplugged it for better reflections.

Very nice, thanks! I was just looking for some settings for eye reflection!

However, I'm a bit confused about the diffuse. Seeing your nodes here I can't find it... where exactly should I apply it? I see a Mix color node with a texture (normal map?), but it's not even connected to the material output. How exactly is it supposed to work? *n00b*

Because this one is for transparent part of the eye like cornea (that stuff which is above the iris ). Some models have additional mesh around the base eye. While base is mate and gives the colors, this additional one should be used for reflections.
If model have only one mesh of eyes (which will have to do for both diffuse and reflections) then node set as in this image won't work

I can make screenshot with explanation for nodes for such kind of eye.

And this node with normalmap (u guessed right) is connected to Math node (not mix color) and is not connected to material output, because cornea is pretty much smooth and I think I added that back then for some purpose which I don't remember now xD

Ahhh yes, it makes sense now!

Usually I use diffuse combined with a mix shader, applying a refraction and a glossy node set on Sharp. I can get some kind of reflection this way, but the problem is that the result is not really good... probably due to the lights and their angles :\ I was looking for something realistic, but so far anything tried seemed to work. I have to Photoshop the eye reflection every single time.

Well... I basicly make sharp gloss connected with some blur. Of course it's not perfect all the time, but I pretty much never used Photoshop to make eyes look better for looong time so I guess in some works it looks nice and in other like there's no effects.

Well, what I mean is: sumirehaikuxna.deviantart.com/…

This effect was made in Photoshop because I couldn't make the eyes look like that in Cycles :\

I never used DmC models so I dunno is it because of mesh or because the light was in the wrong place.
But I use a little trick when it comes to reflections, because I use them to adjust themself. I mean if something is brighter and more visible in normal reflection then it turns into value which adjusts things more or less visible. I can't explain it >.<
I would have to make dat screenshot

That would be useful, thanks

Btw I usually render models with half sphere eyes.

There
See if that gives u a proper results

And as u might notice I use meshes for light since it gives nice way to control what shape of reflection should be (which would be visible pretty much only in eyes, but anyway... )

Wow! You used the following settings in the artery? [link] [link] I just wanted to know for a long time, but I was afraid not to get the answer ...

In those which you linked I was using Blender Internal. And this one is setup for Cycles.
But in XNALara models (mostly Lara/DG) they don't have eyeballs, only eyewhites and irises. They give colour eyeballs gives reflex effect.
Load into blender Lara model "short_jungles" and some from mesh-moded ones and compare the difference in meshes of eyes

It would be easier for me if I would have internet in my home... I'll make something a'la tutorial about that ok?
