Just to let it be known, I don't do requests, and I especially don't cotton to the whole "My only comment on your picture is to demand you add a fetish to it DURRHURR" thing.On the other hand Cassie really DOES need to be drawn pregnant.
So, uh, Cassie! Pregnant! Probably with just one too. Alice is a big girl, after all. Also it's good to see she finally inherited some of the genetics her sister Trina did.
No, I don't know why a tailor/armorer didn't make herself any new clothes for nine months.

The problem is you cut out the best part of the picture. Just slightly off to the left, if you were as lucky as me to actually be there when Hidon drew this, you would have seen him crop out the part with Trina waist-deep in the jaws of a shark as she punches it to death with her bare hands. It was pretty fricking awesome.
