As recommended by , it's Kael'thas of Warcraft fame, apparently!I read up on the guy, and while his backstory is all well and fantasy-tastic and good and all that, I just...couldn't get past his facial tentacles. Jesus christ, those eyebrows...

It's not just him, all the Elves have those stupid eyebrows. Seriously, their design is just fine EXCEPT for those stupid tentacle brows. XD

I believe that's the place, yeah. Whether or not it's accurate, I have no idea. I just know that he's been on like a billion sides or something at this point, and keeps dying or something.

He fits the theme of the Phoenix very well.
And this piece is a good example of him, except that you forgot that his eyes should glow green.
All elven eyebrows are actually surgically implanted annd painted caterpillars.
