Great work with the burn marks on the engines and wings. Excellent detail. May I suggest though... the fuselage seems too clean. The panels too defined and perfect. Just an opinion. I build models too.

Jajaja, you are right about the fuselage pal! Those pics are out of date the fuselage has got more weathering now but I still haven't been able to find the time to finish painting the whole ship at the same level of detail as the wings. It took me a whole week of painting and painting to get the painting as far as you see it on the pictures and I never finished because I needed the pics to show the X-Wing to sell the kit. As a matter of fact the underside fuselage has almost no weathering at all! jajaja.
But I am planing on finishing soon. I'll upload more pics when it's fully painted. It is very difficult to try to imitate the weathering the ILM guys did on the original Red 5 filming model and there are just too little pics of the model so you've got to guess a lot.

Oh yes, that kit from the RPF. Fantastic kit, btw. I really wish I could afford it, as it's far superior to other SS kits.
