Finally, damnit. I'm so sorry for the delay, I managed to convince my brother to lend me his laptop. His laptop is stupid and annoying. -.-I not only need to practice on my backgrounds, but I need to practice how I order the words in those bubbles. D:
Don't expect another page till after the Brock special airs. I want this to fit with that.
Don't care about Dawn's though. =/

Well, I'm happy to hear that you have at least SOME computer to use now, even if intermittently. ^^ Also, I actually completely forgot about this particular comic; I'm glad to see something being done with it! I do so like the idea of something exploring what Brock and Misty (especially Misty!) are up to while Ash is away, in a better-handled manner than how Pokemon Chronicles did it. XD Here's hoping the Brock special provides some good material for you to work with once it airs~
And yeah, it does seem a bit early for Dawn to already be getting some airtime in the special about herself. She only left the cast, like, what, a couple of months ago?

And hopefully it does. So much can be happen in that special. From long awaited cameos to new character direction.

I know, right! >< It didn't help that by that point, 4Kids was on the verge of losing the license to dub the show at that point and the actors and directors had *completely* checked out, leading to incredibly bored and uninspired performances all around. Plus, you know...a lot of the plots were just plain bland, like you said. xD
Yep! So much potential; it's even got a disillusioned fan like me at least somewhat excited. ^^ I admit, I've had this admittedly impossible notion in my head of Lucas possibly showing up in Dawn's segment, but...well, yeah, I already mentioned the impossible part. >>;; At least I have Brock's segment to look forward to~

They just revealed the previews...god. Dawn is apparently just helping out a newb trainer. Why? Just freaking WHY? They could had made something fun like with escaped Galatic members and she teams up with Lucas or something. THAT would had been awesome. -_-;
And Brock's..I just felt heart stabbed they moment they showed that freaking Latias. Didn't the writers realize Takuto wasn't well recieved? And, why the deuce is Gym Evaluator Joy with a LEGENDARY Pokemon, wich thanks to the Takuto battle, we are pretty sure now they are near Elite 4 level? What's the logic of evaluating a Gym, with tends to battle mainly novices, with a Legendary?!
Also today's episode..the whole depositing Ash's Unova team with Juniper without much explanation and the whole seventh Pokeball locks thing instead of transporting...didn't sit to well with me. >.<
I'm sorry if I'm ranting, lol. But this is the very reason why I want to do what I want to do. XD

...What. Seriously, that was the best response I could muster upon reading that. I mean...what the hell, man?! THIS is the best those half-wit writers could come up with? Helping some random newbie trainer that viewers don't know or care anything about?! Okay, I officially give up; I was half-willing to give the series another chance after I heard about the new changes they made for Best Wishes, but now...no more. >< Your idea would have been a THOUSAND times better, for sure! They completely wasted the opportunity to properly introduce Charon, too, seeing as he'd be perfect for the whole "escaped Galactic members" plot and hasn't been used on the show yet.
But, then again, that would've made too much sense, wouldn't it? Poor Lucas, too...looks like he's doomed to join Brendan and post-Raikou special Jimmy in the limbo of movie cameos...
And as for that second part...&*%$, if I hadn't already lost all respect for them at this point, I would have at this-- they're bringing BACK that jerkass Tobias, even after the storm of internet hate his first appearance stirred up?! I mean, the Legendaries, the evaluation thing, Joy, the shameless, undeserved stroking of Tobias' ego...what. the. HELL?!
And he did what now? I...don't even know what to make of that description. O_o; So, what, they just stomped all over established continuity in regards to the whole full party thing? Not surprising in the least. =_=;
Oh, no, quite the contrary-- I'm glad to hear your rants! It's vindicating to know that I'm not the only one who sees the writing on the wall about this crap. XD Plus, the show's ineptitude is the impetus for my own creative pursuits as well~
