Tara, Beth, Dianna and Allison, better known as Quantum Adrenaline, had just finished their last song. The crowd at the concert was going wild. “ZU-GA-BE!” they shouted. Like pros, the band waited for a few seconds, then they played their biggest hit again. During the encore, Beth stepped closer to Tara. She grabbed her by the waist and drew her close. Then Beth gave Tara a long and passionate kiss. The crowd grew even wilder from that scene. The security could hardly keep the crowd at bay. Finally, the encore was over and the band left the stage. In the backstage area, they met Martha, Amelia and David.

”How did you like the show?” Beth asked them.

”It was really amazing. I became a big fan of your band this evening.” Amelia replied.

”Yeah, it was good.” David didn’t sound as enthusiastic. Obviously, he wouldn’t be a fan of Quantum Adrenaline.

”I think it was a big success.” Martha said. “So, will you stay as you are now? You know you still got one wish left.”

”I’d like to stay like this.”
”Me too.” Tara and Beth said. “I still love you, even as a girl.” Tara added and gave Beth another kiss.

But Allison disagreed. “It was fun, yes. But I don’t know if I want to be like this for the rest of my life. Better go back to how we were.”

The girls continued to argue for a few minutes when suddenly, there was a loud noise at the entrance of the backstage area. They took a look and saw a group of mad fans forcing their way towards them.

”Didn’t you hire security?” Dianna scolded Allison.

”I thought four guards were enough. How would I know?” Allison replied.

”No time for arguing! Get us out of here, quick!” Beth shouted.

Diana took Martha’s lamp. “Martha, I wish that you teleport all of us here away, to a safe place.”

Since the first fans made a dash for the group, Martha didn’t hesitate and blinked. Quantum Adrenaline, Martha, Amelia and David disappeared.

A few seconds later, they reappeared in the suite of the hotel.

”That was close.” Tara said. “I guess we would be safer not being a famous girl band.” This time, the other band members agreed.

”Martha, I wish that you turn us back the way we were before my first wish.” Diana said.

”I’m sorry Mistress, but you already had three wishes.” Martha folded her hands and bowed.

”Are you sure? You've seen how dangerous it was.” Diana asked.

Martha thought for a moment. She could easily grant that wish, but she wasn’t obligated to do so. They were nice girls most of the time, but then Diana had force her to come with them, even if she didn’t wanted to. And besides, the girls weren’t so bad off: they were still human, they were young and they were famous. That was much more than many other humans got out of their final wish. All they really needed was more security, which can be arranged easily without magic. Eventually, Martha decided to stay tough. “Sorry. No more wishes for you.” She made a mental note to look up some security firm phone numbers for them to call.

”Then we are supposed to be girls for the rest of our lives?” Beth asked. Martha nodded.

”Oh, I think I can live with you being a girl.” Tara caressed Beth cheek. “Unless you can’t love me as a girl.”

”Don’t worry. I still love you,” Beth said, their eyes never leaving one another's.

”I’d rather be a boy again.” Allison complained.

”Come on!” Diana said. “We are famous, many young people see us as role models. As ‘Quantum Adrenaline, we can make a positive impact on the word.”

”You think so?” Allison still didn’t sound convinced.

”We can try.” Diana assured Allison, who simply nodded in reply.

The next morning, Quantum Adrenaline was checking out. “Thank you very much for all, Martha!” Allison said.

”Where will be your next concert?” Martha asked.

”We’ll go to Vienna and then on to Budapest. I really wish you could be with us.” Allison said.

”No more wishes. I told you.” Martha shook her head and handed them an envelope, "This will help you get in touch with some guys who will be able to make your concerts more secure." she smiled at Beth and Tara, "And maybe tone it down with the intimacy in public."

”I know. It just hurts to leave you behind.” All the girls of Quantum Adrenaline agreed.

”I’ll miss you too. Let me know where you are, girls.” Martha replies.

”We will! And maybe we will return here one day.” Beth said.
"So, now what?" Diana asked as they got into the limo.

"Now?" Allison smiled, "Now we do our part to make the world a better place."
Martha waved them goodbye as the limo drove of.
