Pearl's legs are too thick, Steven and Amethyst are too lean (especially Amethyst), and Garnet's curves aren't pronounced enough. Right now, they look like four basic ponies with the color/hair/clothes of the crystal gems.

It's called "unique art style". Bear that in mind before you tell someone their way of drawing is wrong to you.

Yes, but the original characters were designed with bodies that reflected or otherwise accentuated their personalities. By drawing them with such uniform body types, it removes part of the visual essence of the characters. It's not wrong, per say, but it does feel incomplete.
