Is it appropriate that the Italian commander is named after canned food? And does carpaccio go well with anchovies?

If it's appropriate for the British commander to be named after tea blends, I suppose so... after all, Italian tankettes were nicknamed "Arrigoni" as their size remembered cans of food (which the Arrigoni firm was an important producer in Italy).
Fish and meat together? That's not quite orthodox...

Oh, and I thought "Darjeeling" was one of the other characters being a wise-ass. I did not know it was the exact name. I was a bit suspicious of "Anchovy" since the Japanese do like their name games, but often don't know a lot about other nations to any great extent. (Think the typical American view of the world circa 1940-1960 Hollywood and you get the idea.)

Well, the tankettes were also nicknamed "anchovy tin cans" because they resembled the flat cans used for anchovies in oil... hence the nickname for the commander (her real name was revealed as Chiyomi Anzai).

Carpaccio is a name for uncooked meat.
"Cappuccio" (if that's what you mean) is a variety of cabbage.

I think they'll make two ova's cause if you look at the pattern of two episodes makes one battle they'll need two ova's

I heard that this OVA should be episode-length, so they should manage to keep it to one.

Besides, they already said the battle will be different than the one seen in the manga, and this makes me think they'll probably make it more or less a curbstomp battle. You don't need that much screen time for that.

Yes. Seems ok, even though I don't play the PSP, so I'm just mildly curious.
