Totally idiotic on my part.
I kept playing World of Tanks with the Churchill I to get enough experience to research the superior Churchill VII... two days ago I finally got enough xp and I immediately researched it like a boss.
...It was only at that point that I remembered I still lack, like, 500'000 credits to actually BUY it. My world crashed down on me.
