I'm still sorta new to photomanipluation, but I am quite proud of this piece! The rune seal on the ground didn't show up quite as well as I would have hoped... you can't quite see it, but I plan to do more of these so perhaps I can do better on the others. Anyways, this is the lightning attack from the rune seal thingy on the ground. Ummmm I DO hope to do the other elements that appear on the seal. The elements being Lightning, Fire, Holy, Earth, Water, Ice, Darkness, Air (going left to down to right and back up). Anyways, I am mostly pleased with this.
Comments MOST appreciated cause I spent a hooka lota (that's just a bunch for those that don't speak Dakkie) time on this. Thankies! ^_^ Critics are also welcome since I'm sorta still new to photomanip. Don't be too harsh though ~.^

Well, by now you are an expert at this. Your selection edges are not very good along the jeans and lower shirt, and I would explain, but you already know this by now.
I love the imagination and concept, the composition, and your implementation of the glowing circle and lightning.
Technically, you don't have the circle in perfect perspective (3-point perspective), assuming that you are the axis to the circle, but that's just nit-picking.
Overall, considering that this is an early effort, it is an excellent job. The selection edges are not that big a deal and are even easily fixed now if you wanted to bother.

A little bit. I actually play WoW now, but I didn't play it when i first started doing the runes. It was partially inspired by an old fanfic me and a friend made up. So that's sorta where it got started. Thanks for the comment ^^

Very nice. The only thing I have to complain about this is I think the perspective is off a bit. The rune looks awkward on the ground... O.o

is it odd that I think of Ryden from Mortal Kombat? .. Or possibly a Slayers Spell "DIG LIGHTNING!!" Another awesome job. Extremely well for your first time.. If you take a look at my first time.. well.. suffice it to say but the words 'Garden Variety' comes up a number of times. I'm interested in seeing the rest of the runes

Crit crit... uuuh, I dunno D: *photoshop impaired* If anything I'd say it was the photo itself, the grass in the lighted area seems really bright and though it's real, it looks fake o_O; *doesn't know* But that ain't the focus! It's still a great actiony scene! X3

Yes yes, I didn't like the lighted areas either...but this was about the only place I could do the photo from without getting on my roof -_-; And the dern sunlight wasn't cooperating!

That is v.v. awsome! Woooow! I could never do that! The runes are really cool, and it looks sooo real, the fact that some of the runes are hard to see makes it work really well at pulling of that "Dude, he really does have lightnin' powers!" effect. whooa hey! Hehe, I love the pose too if I didn't say that... heeh

Lightining is really easy. Just google it (like photoshop lightning or something). There's tons of tuts. out there for lighitning. ^_^
