FULL VIEW please, tyThis is the revised version of the water rune from before. I took the comments into consideration and this is the outcome. Please do not comment negatively on the rain. I like it, it is staying. Also, please keep in mind that there is a difference between constructive crit and plain flat out rudeness which I got last time from one particular person. I find it amazing how one person can comment negatively and it will cause the rest to also do so. And even go back and revise what they said.
BUT anyways, here it is again. I'm not looking for crits this time, however feel free to all you want. I'm not going to change it anymore.
Anyways, what I changed was...the rain...and the water swirly thing to make it look more liquid than energy. It is suppossed to be glowing. It is magical water

EDIT: Sorry ya'll for another edit...rawr at me...but I forgot to add glow reflection. So Yeah...it should look a little better? Gomen for the edit XD

I like how you did the water, actually - it's not how I'd imagined it would look, or how I would've done it...and I like that
I also like the Raindrops (though I think they would've looked even cooler if they were a smidge more pronounced)
...his legs just look paper-cut-out again... but other than that, I dunno what people were graoning about - I think that water's pretty good

Truthfully I think the legs look fine, the glowing of the seal behind it is what makes them stand out. As for the raindrops, I think they look like real rain, cause if it's pouring outside and you stare out into the rain, do you see pronounced raindrops?

Now as for the rain, I do like the idea, but the texture that it adds is a bit strong.
Still, your rune series is cool, and the "Magic water" looks awesome.
