Here's part 2 for Brandon's 200th episode! This one features toys and Super Mario!
For this titlecard Brandon asked that I draw Godzilla fighting Monster X while also including another Monster X (Guilala) in the pic. Aside from the Kaijus, I drew Brandon fighting X in the middle for fun as well. This titlecard didn't kill me as much as the other did (thankfully), but drawing them Kaijus still gave me trouble. Monster X was a bit weird for me because he has all these weird sharp edges on him.

I thought you did a pretty wonderful job on the Ghidorah relative. You kept that complicated design down to it's basic shapes. And I just love the fact that you framed Brandon with the monsters battling. The red highlights along the characters really helps to make everything feel like they are all in the same plain of existence. Which is great. It doesn't feel like they are just stand alone characters that are plopped here and there on the card in order to fill it up. That is probably the main thing I enjoy about your cards. Everything is interacting with each-other and feels like they are in one interactive plain. Always so much life drawn in there
Poor Gigan though haha. And man...I was really raking my brain on how in the preview image Guilala was fitting into the card lol!!. But yeah, for your first giant monster kaiju cards for Brandon I thought you did an amazing job.
