Description
“What have you done to my powers?” Skyscraper shouted as she tired to grow back to her maximum height. Try as she might, her body refused to grow. Robin snarled in frustration as she watched Technomancer grow to a height nearly equal to hers. Rushing forward, the unsettled villainess swung wildly at the empowered heroine.
Technomancer stepped forward to meet her opponent’s attack. She used her armored forearms to block or deflect Skyscraper’s wild haymaker punches. While the armor of her suit absorbed the majority of the impact, it quickly became clear to Claire that the giant-sized thief still had an advantage in strength. The giantess’s blows did little damage, but caused Technomancer’s feet to skid backwards with every titanic impact she blocked. Skyscraper also had more experience at being this tall. The heroine found that her sense of balance and equilibrium felt off as she fought to defend herself.
The battle initially favored Skyscraper as her strength advantage allowed her to drive Technomancer back. But while her frenzied blows battered away at the heroine they failed to deliver the knock out Skyscraper was hoping for. What Technomancer lacked in brute strength, she made up for in fighting skill. Trained in Muay Thai and Aikido Technomancer found it increasingly easier to predict and block Skyscraper’s attacks. As Claire became more accustomed to her increased size the momentum of the fight slowly changed. Technomancer was able to go on the offensive as she started to pepper the villainess with carefully timed punches and knee strikes that had Skyscraper frantically trying to defend herself.
As Technomancer began landing more blows, the barrage had Skyscraper growing increasingly desperate. While she was stronger, her lack of training and technique left her nearly defenseless as Technomancer increasingly managed to land punishing strikes. Finally in desperation she waited until she saw an opening. Lunging forward, Skyscraper barreled past Technomancer’s defenses as she threw herself at the heroine.
Technomancer was caught off guard by Skyscraper’s sudden lunge forward. She tried to dodge but felt the villainess’s hands lock around her throat and begin to squeeze. Claire tried to pry Skyscraper’s grip loose but found her efforts thwarted by her opponent’s superior strength. She gasped for air as the fingers around her throat began to tighten. At the same time, Skyscraper used her physical advantage to lift Technomancer into the air as she continued to throttle the heroine.
Claire could feel her pulse pound in her head as Skyscraper tightened her grip. Realizing she wouldn’t be able to break the giantess’s grip with physical strength alone, Claire managed to smile as she sent a series of cybernetic commands to her suit’s computer.
“What are you grinning at, bitch? Trying to die with a smile on your face?” asked the villainess with renewed confidence.
“Fight.. Smarter…. not… harder!” Claire managed to gasp out. She stopped trying to break Skyscraper’s grip with her hands. Instead, she put her hand in Skyscraper’s face and sent the activation signal to the suit’s computer.
STINKING CLOUD Active
As the Orichalcum fueled the spell, a billowing cloud of noxious green gas spewed from Technomancer’s hand to envelope Skyscraper’s face and head. The giantess’s gasp of surprise only served to carry the toxic fumes into her throat and lungs. Now it was her turn to choke as the noisome gas entered her body.
To be continued …
------------------------------------
The giant fists are flying now. When Skyscraper thought she had the upper hand, Technomancer gasses her right in the face. Can Skyscraper recover? The fight will continue on the next page.

Most of Technomancer's spells have some sort of durational limit. Not all, but most.

Technomancer gives new meaning to the term stink-palm but I think that Skyscraper may have a trick up her sleeve as well.

I've never heard term stink palm to begin with. Maybe it's an American term, lol. Skyscraper's genius brain is working hard to figure a way to defeat Technomancer.

Haha. Leave it to Kevin Smith to come up with the term stink palm, or at least show it in a movie.
