Description The deviants who have been watching me from the very beginning might remember this guy. I shot most of my first sunsets here as it's close to home and an awesome location.

The weather on this occasion was great but the surf was massive and I had to stand on a concrete structure to stay out of it. I wish I could have gotten closer.

This one isn't screw-in, so it doesn't cause vignetting problems and it doesn't have a magenta cast and it's priced very competitively

3 years ago, i bought a B&W 110, a 10 stop ND, i sold it after 5 exposures because of a massive red color cast. Currently i use a Hoya ND400, but only for black and white, is that one also known for any color casts?

I also had the bw 110 and sold it after 2 weeks due to the cast. The Hoya ND400 also has a magenta cast, but it's much less noticeable. The big stopper has a slight blue cast, but blue is easier to correct than magenta

Interesting, I was told that this filter had a warm cast to it by the Lee dealer in Canada. Good info to have.
