The fourth model is James, the shiny red engine! I think I got proportions right. I'm thinking of making Eagle/Samson/David.Thomas and Friends (C) Hit Entertainment

huh. have you seen unstoppable 2010 or ever heard of the tragic fate of Southern Pacific 7551 East or CSX 8888 at all?

yeah unstoppable storyline was based on the runaway incident with CSX 8888 taking off unmanned at full throttle while carrying several tankers loaded with thousands of gallons of toxic chemicals and SP 7551 East was a freight train that crashed into san bernardino california back in 1989 due to the train being overloaded and most of the engines that it had didn't have dynamic brakes that were working and was said to reach 110 mph when it derailed and it had melted it brake shoes away from the intense heat and friction they made when they were applied by the helper engineer at the rear about half way down the cajon pass

well i wouldn't say most of what i said was cool. two of SP7551 East's train crew and two little kids in the town died and seven houses were destroyed when the runaway train flew of the elevated curve running along the houses and crashed, and there was worse still, about two weeks later, a gas pipeline unknown to the town that escaped the derailemt exploded and burned for twelve hours. that was caused most likely by dozers clearing the train wreckage anda furture two people were killed and a additional sixteen houses were destroyed.

yeah. sad isn't it to have someone die from a runaway freight train crashing into their house with no brakes. there even a memorial for the crash and explosion, though the site in a gang infested area
