Yes, it's not a nice place - or at least that place - probably exists another town parts for rich peaople and high society. Like in our world. I think that is not so far from our reality. And about police - maybe is some story in this image. Who is dead person dressed in an expensive suit? What he did in the dirty slum? Is it a some kind of investigation? Why policeman have the weapon - is this place dangerous and why?
