Very veyr beautifuly rendered. You done an excellent job with the lighting and colors. Did you use some kind of photo reference? If you simply done this by imagination, what exactly is your thought process like to make sure it comes out how you see it?

It's really lovely but it doesn't make me think of slums at all. Maybe a peacful town occupied by a military foce, but not a slum.

If you're going for the slums look, it's too...clean. Shouldn't there be trash strewn about on the streets?
