Hey Folks!I moved to Pforzheim last week, where I'm gonna -finally- start my Transportation Design studies.
Obviously I have a new room here, so I thought Of painting a large scale image, plot it and hang it on my new wall.
And since I'm a fan of Muscle Cars and think that they were the coolest things that were ever designed in the history of Automobile, I dicided to draw one.
This is not a rendering of an existing car, it's just a random design with muscle cars' characteristics.
I'm gonna post a picture of the finished piece on the wall when it's done

i like the use of grunge brushes, and i really like how you blurred the brake lights I need to learn how to do those, how'd you do yours?

Nice job! Kinda reminds me of something Camillo Pardo would have hanging on his walls. Congratulations on making it to Pforzheim! Such a great school. I really want to do a study abroad there one semester, but I hear the undergrad courses are only offered in German?

Hey that's a great compliment to say that my reminds you of Camilo's
He's one of my favourite artists and I was quite influenced by his work when I did this one.
As for Pforzheim: Yes, the bachelor cources are only in German. The Master courses are in English.

but the background competes with the car to much (for me personally) - you could try knocking it back a bit revealing the profile of the vehicle a bit more - ah you know what I mean

Wow, the style in this piece is really cool. It looked futuristic when I first saw it, but going back over it, it definitely has those glory days muscle car features. It's amazing how style can blend and continue to look new

wow. looks great! I'd love to have a 3 view of this and try and carve it. Man it would be sick owning this car. (Im serious bout the 3 view. If you make one, Id make a model of it! )
