A new painting! It started out as Galixnil featuring in a vanitas, but...well. Now it's just a woman brushing her hair in front of a mirror. And that's okay!It's also a bit of an experiment in using loose brushwork a la Frans Hals (for a class assignment). Turns out combining sketchiness in Photoshop and blending in SAI is a really good technique! Hooray for learning things!
Anyway. Hopefully more painting soon. I'm trying to drag myself out of being slumpy (slumpy in regards to painting, not art in general).
